I made my first wedding cake in 2000. I had no real training and it showed. I have however always loved to bake and now with some training am making much nicer cakes and they keep getting better! I make all of my cakes from scratch and hope to eventually use as many local ingredients as possible. I guarantee you will never be purchasing a box mix. Because I am starting small, I am pricing lower than my competition and I take on fewer orders to assure attention to detail.
